They are both wise, smart, and ruthless at times. The characteristic that me really enjoy both was that both stories revolves around the mc gaining more and more power, which is a breath of fresh air from the mcs that immediately start of op. Another aspect is that both mcs have relatively similar personalities. Because of this, they are both ridiculed by others, but despite it, the mcs exceeds all expectations. The mcs of both started out with relatively low rank in talent with the mc of CoHD starting at 900 and the mc of RI starting at level 3. For instance, both stories involve people being divided by ranks based on talent. They are both martial arts worlds, so the structure of the worlds are quite similar. Both revolves around an mc that had either been reincarnated or went back in time.
